We do our best to provide you with the most comprehensive and accurate description of our products via the webshop. If you are not fully satisfied with your order you have the right to return or exchange the product free of charge within 30 days.
The right of withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. This period starts on the day you receive the package. Once you have reported a return, you still have 14 days to send the package back to us.
During this time you can do with the product anything reasonably necessary to evaluate it. It is permitted to try out the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. You can get the product out of the package, but due to hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of hosiery products, in particular tights, socks and stockings - we cannot accept returns for these products in case they were worn on the body. Thick leggings, treggings and jeggings can be tried on and will be easily exchanged.
Please return the products in original undamaged package with labels intact (for as much as possible)
We do not charge customers for returns and try to make the process as hassle free as possible for you. If however we receive the returned package and think that you have done more than was necessary to evaluate the product, we reserve the right to impose additional charges for this.
The same rules apply in case of exchanges. In addition please provide us with the product/size/colour that you would like to receive instead and we will do our best to ship it asap to your doorstep free of charge.

Step 1: Shipment lookup Fill out your postcode and the tracking number of your package. You can find the tracking number on the package itself, it is the 15-symbol code printed under the barcode on the address label.
Step 2: Return details Under this step, you will see your details automatically populated. Please fill out the reason of return and in case of returns, please let us know which product/size/colour you would like to receive instead.
Step 3: Drop off point Please select the location of the drop off point that is closest/most convenient for you.
Step 4: Confirmation Double check your details and confirm the return. Once confirmed, you will not be able to modify anything.
Step 5: Return Label During this step a return label will be generated. This label will include all the necessary information and is already credited with the needed amount. You can easily print this label and stick it on the return package. No further details are needed. You can then bring the package to the selected Drop off point.
In case of a return you will receive all payments, including delivery cost as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have informed us about willingness to use the right of withdrawal. We will pay you back by the same payment means with which you have initially paid your order, unless another method is agreed with us.
